Senior Software & Systems Engineer (Process Development)
Location: San Diego, CA
The Marlin Alliance is seeking a versatile Senior Software/Systems Engineer to lead technical development and process optimization efforts within a mission-critical government environment. This role requires a unique combination of hands-on software engineering (C#, SQL) and the ability to architect the standard operating procedures and technical documentation that ensure system portability and quality. You will act as a technical bridge, ensuring that complex communication systems are not only well-built but also expertly documented and scalable.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications and tools using C#, SQL, and modern engineering technologies to support client requirements.

Author and maintain high-level Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, user guides, and training materials to standardize technical workflows.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
