We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test & Evaluation (T&E) Support Specialist to provide direct support to a U.S. Navy Systems Command program office. The position involves leading and coordinating T&E planning, documentation, and execution activities throughout the system acquisition lifecycle. The selected candidate will support Navy acquisition efforts involving the integration, development, and modernization of C4I and other mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review key acquisition and test documentation, including test strategies, evaluation plans, specifications, statements of work, and briefing materials.

Serve as a subject matter expert for various test events, including reliability growth testing, shock and vibration testing, performance and software validation, cybersecurity evaluation, and system acceptance testing.

Support the planning, coordination, and onsite execution of assigned test events, including logistics, equipment preparation, and witnessing of test procedures.
