PM/Financial Support (Mid)

Location: San Diego, CA

The Marlin Alliance, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with financial experience to assist with managing NAVWAR 4.8 program financials. Duties include:

  • Preparing and updating NAVWAR 4.8 spend plans and tracking obligations and expenditures.
  • Assisting program office regarding Echelon III Reimbursable Work Order Receipt and Acceptance processing utilizing standard Navy tools (e.g., Navy Enterprise Resource Planning [N-ERP] G-Invoicing module).
  • Working with PM, DPM, and PAPMs to develop POM submissions.

Established in 2002, The Marlin Alliance is seeking to hire highly skilled individuals to support mission critical projects within the Navy. We are looking for motivated individuals to lead and support digital transformation, data science and analytics, and automation projects for variety of Navy clients. Individuals must be able to function in a fast-paced work environment and able to adapt quickly to rapidly changing requirements and technologies. Using your comprehensive knowledge of various technologies, you will design, develop, and implement solutions to support Navy mission owners in their digital transformation journey.

Position Requirements:

  • Experience with Navy tools (Navy Enterprise Resource Planning [N-ERP])
  • 5-7 years experience in program management, operations research analysis, and/or financial/cost analysis.
  • Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance

LOCATION: San Diego, CA; this is a hybrid role that requires 2 days/week on-site with the ability to be on-site additional days as required.

Associate II
$110,000 - $160,000
